Vestibular Rehab

Trying to get out of bed, walk or work may feel impossible when your world is spinning around you or you feel unsteady on your feet.  Vestibular Rehab is aimed to determine the root cause of your dizziness and restore the dysfunction.  In other words, we retrain your brain to get along with your sensory systems again!

Fall Prevention /
Balance Training

Don't live in fear. No matter what age, we can gain strength and improve balance. Let our team identify what is causing your balance issue or reason for falls to restore your function.

Neurological Rehab

Whether you are recovering from a stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, or a progressive neurological disorder (Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, etc.) we are here to help you restore your function and renew your hope!

Bioness

We are the only provider in Western Montana to offer the Bioness L300 GO system. The L300 GO system utilizes functional electrical stimulation to help correct foot drop and thigh weakness. It stimulates the nerves and muscles to lift the foot to walk more naturally. Diagnosis that may be appropriate include stroke, multiple sclerosis, incomplete spinal cord injuries and other medical conditions.

SPECIALIZED
EQUIPMENT

We currently utilize the following equipment within our clinic:  parallel bars, a Hoyer Lift with weighing capability, Frenzel goggles, and virtual reality goggles.

Our brains are dynamic - they have the ability to reorganize, restructure, and change if they are challenged appropriately!  Our staff employs the only board certified neurological physical therapist in the area who has the expertise in understanding the nervous system and the role it plays in movement and function.
